A delicious and exciting natural wine, made with care for the wine and the terroir. Predominately Barbera with a dose of Dolcetto and Croatina. This wine is bursting with cherries and smoke on the nose. The palate has a great concentration of fruit with a light dry finish.
Great at room temperature but equally fantastic chilled in the summer months
