“Vitivinicola Alberto Loi” was created at the end of the Forties and the beginning of the Fifties by Alberto Loi, born in Jerzu to a family of wine cultivators, producers of Cannonau wine. The present owners, Alberto Loi’s sons and daughter, are the third generation of the family devoted to the production of Cannonau wine. The estate is situated in Ogliastra, the Eastern-central region of Sardinia, stretching from the massive Gennargentu down to the sea, the best “terroir” of the Cannonau wine. More precisely, in the countryside of Cardedu a few kilometres from Jerzu.
